Claire Romine

Claire is an experienced Clinical Exercise Physiologist who has worked with a wide variety of clients in successfully helping them achieve their personal fitness goals. Claire's experience ranges from working with clients who are managing chronic conditions, to elite athletes competing in marathons and Ironman events. She has also worked with clients who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, Cancer and those who have suffered from a heart attack or stroke.

Claire is an athlete herself and ran across the country from San Francisco, CA to Baltimore, MD to raise money and awareness for the Ulman Foundation that benefits young adults battling cancer. Having her mother who is a cancer survivor and her biggest role model, Claire practices what she preaches everyday.

Claire is currently a trainer with Comcast and F45 Northern Liberties. She utilizes the Functional Movement Screening (FMS) program to optimize fitness plans for her clients and looks forward to helping anybody and everybody reach their own personalized goals.
