Resilient Programs

Templated workouts that take 15-20 minutes to complete that will promote joint stability, strength and balance to promote health and longevity. Five workouts are included in each program.

Resilient Shoulders

This program is written specifically for shoulder health and total body performance will improve your strength and shoulder health for years to come.

Resilient Hips

Promote health and longevity with our resilient programs. Hips run the “show” and can contribute to both knee and lower back problems.

Resilient Back

Studies suggest that 80% of the population will experience back pain at some point in their lives. These workouts are designed to strengthen the back and help relieve pain over time. 

Precision Programs

Templated workouts that take 15-20 minutes to complete that will take your performance to the next level by expanding your movement capabilities with a focus on strength, stability, and joint control. Five workouts are included in each program.

Precision Shoulders

This program is designed to keep the gains coming while bulletproofing and protecting your shoulders against injury.

Precision Back

These programs will help to further bulletproof your back to protect against injury during advanced fitness programs.

Precision Hips

Take your performance to the next level. If you are confident in your hip strength and stability our Precision Hips programs will take your performance to the next level!

Custom Programming

Precision Performance Programming gives you the confidence and comfort of having a professional coach in your pocket. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists are here to guide you on your fitness journey. After a thorough assessment of your training history, goals, previous injuries, and medical history, our coaches will take you through a mobility and strength assessment to gather baseline measurements on your current level of fitness. Once your assessment has been completed, your coach will upload your workouts to an app which will allow access to your prescribed fitness from anywhere. With weekly check-ins, our coaches will be able to progress and adjust your program as appropriate.

Whether you have been training in pain or looking to start a new fitness routine, Precision Performance offers a highly individualized program that ensures you are moving towards your goal in a safe and effective manner.
