Jon Herting
Jon Herting is a dynamic clinician who has been involved in rehabilitation and strength and conditioning for 10 years and has built a reputation among athletes as a clinician who promotes quick results and optimal outcomes.

Nick Perugini
Nick Perugini graduated from Temple University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. During his time at Temple, Nick served as an Intern for Temple University’s Strength and Conditioning department.

Troy Koch
Troy strives to always to create the most efficient plan with his patients to transcend their goals and return them to their beloved activities as quickly as possible. He prides himself on enabling individuals to remain as active and involved as possible while bridging the gap between rehab and performance.

Max Lepage
Max Lepage, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with 8+ years of experience in strength and conditioning. He has worked with athletes of all ages and sports with an increased focus on barbell & combat sport athletes such as powerlifters, bodybuilders, and MMA fighters. Max

Nisha believes that movement is medicine. She is passionate in promoting a holistic, biopsychosocial approach and reinforcing resiliency through fun, functional exercise. She will not only focus on building you back but inspire you to be your very best.
