Nisha Meyer grew up in the small town of Chester Springs, PA. She graduated from The George Washington University with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University. During her time in Washington, D.C., Nisha found her passion for strength training with CrossFit- earning her CrossFit Level 1 and co-founding a female only barbell strength class. At Temple University, Nisha established her treatment approach as a clinician which was founded on a holistic person-centered approach, empathy, and empowering all levels of fitness through exercise.

From conducting her own study on sleep health to spending late nights treating at Temple’s Pro Bono clinic, she constantly strives to better herself as a researcher and clinician by applying science-driven data through kindness and communication. During her time in physical therapy school, Nisha learned from diverse clinical experiences, patients, and clinical mentors having traveled from Scottsdale, AZ to Nashville, TN for her internships.

When not in the clinic, she continues to motivate others in the community through group fitness including; indoor cycling, high intensity interval and strength training. She enjoys traveling, long distance running, hiking, and playing with her two golden retrievers.

She plans to expand her continuing education with content including; Functional Dry Needling, becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning coach and nutrition counseling through Precision Nutrition. She hopes to specialize with female athletes and revolutionize our experience with “traditional rehabilitation.”
