"One thing that surprised me the most was about how much they really care about their clients. If you miss an appointment they follow up with you right away and if you need an emergency visit they fit you in immediately."Maria and Bob Fudula have been active and passionate about fitness for most of their lives. It wasn’t until their 40’s however that they began to do CrossFit.

Over the last year, they have both suffered injuries that required surgery to repair. Four weeks after their surgeries, they started working with Precision Performance Physical Therapy to rehabilitate and get back to their love of CrossFit.  Since both of them had surgeries that impacted their shoulders, it meant that they were limited in what they could do as far as CrossFit goes since there is a lot of overhead lifting as well as gymnastic like movements involved. Not being able to perform the way wanted to and were used to was frustrating for both of them, but they were glad for the support of each other and the team at Precision Performance.

Their main goal when they came to work with Precision Performance was to simply recover from their surgeries and get back to where they were before they were injured, and maybe a little stronger.  They have been working with us for over 6 months now and while their road to recovery isn’t over yet, they are able to work out in their home gym using programs customized specifically for them, their fitness levels, and goals.

For them, choosing Precision Performance for their physical therapy came down to our approach to treating every patient as the individual they are. There is no one size fits all method to recovery. We also offer flexibility in our scheduling and options for appointments so you can see a physical therapist without disrupting the other aspects of your life.

Working with Precision Performance has given Bob and Maria confidence in their ability to train daily, and tools to keep them safe and to keep working towards their goals. If you would like to learn more about our service, please contact us! We look forward to working with you.
